WELCOME

Hi, I am Tam,

Specialist in Pilates Movement Therapy, Cold Water Ice Bath Therapy, Breath-work and Trigger Point massage.

I’m a Diploma certified Pilates Movement Therapist, Breathwork & Ice Bath instructor, based in the Adelaide Hills, Stirling.

I fell absolutely in love with Pilates when I was first introduced to it in 2003, when I began lessons for myself to fix my dancing injuries.

My passion is to improve the wellbeing of others, for their mental & physical health. I want people to feel grounded and expansive.

My goal is to help people to let go and allow aliveness to happen. To enhance their quality of life, become more alert and understanding of themselves - which will help them to manage any stressful situation better.

I work with people who have had no prior experience, right up to elite athletes. If you’re prepared to start where you are, as you are, with what you have, and do what you can - then this is the safe non-judgemental place for you to come to learn and grow.
