Clinical Pilates classes are suited to ALL levels of experience and fitness.
Clinical Pilates means you will learn the correct breathing & correct core activation. Core activation will be used with each exhale during your exercises.
It’s all about retraining the brain to activate the correct deep muscles to support your skeletal system. This is why Clinical Pilates is incredible for rehab, prevention of injury, postural alignment and overall strength.
These sessions are perfect for pregnancy and post-natal care, ensuring the core is strong to help with the birth and recovery of abdominal separation post birth.
Your session will begin with stretches, followed by exercises suited to your own specific personalised needs and goals.
If you have aches or pains, severe or acute injuries, or simply want to focus on gaining tone and strength - then this is the style of Pilates for you.
Attending our Clinical Pilates sessions means you will receive incredible fast and long term results.

Trigger Point Massage is a fast way to stretch and relax your muscles. It involves treating points in the muscle to relieve tension.
If you suffer from headaches, our Trigger Point Massage can get rid of the headache after just five minutes.
We can use Trigger Point Massage for anywhere on the body. It’s beneficial for back pain, sciatica, tight ITBS, hip flexors, or to improve hamstring flexibility, and more.
Trigger Point Massage increases temperature and blood flow through the muscles promoting relaxation. When muscles are relaxed they can be restored to its full length, which means they are stretched. This helps to restore movement and increase flexibility in the muscles.
In our Clinical Pilates sessions, Trigger Point Massage is included if needed.

Breathwork can be included in our Clinical Pilates sessions. Or you can choose to just focus on Breath-Work alone. If you are wanting to book in for an Ice Bath session, then you must perform Breathwork in the session to warm the body up prior to getting into the Ice Bath.
Breathwork is an incredible way to manage stress and improve your well-being both physically and mentally.
Breathwork can result in:
• Balanced blood pressure.
• More time in deep sleep.
• Reduction of PTSD and feelings of trauma.
• Stronger respiratory function.
• Better immune system.
• Release of stress hormones from your body. -
Breathwork is performed in your Ice Bath session to warm the body up before getting into the Ice Bath.
Ice Baths can be used for weight loss, or for mindset.
Ice Baths release dopamine. Dopamine increases feelings of pleasure & motivation. Dopamine also has a role to play in controlling memory, mood, sleep, learning, concentration and movement.
Ice baths may help improve alertness, reduce pain, decrease anxiety and decrease inflammation. As a result, they may offer health benefits like reduced muscle soreness and pain relief.
After an ice bath, your body temperature rises, and blood flow returns to your tissues. It is healthy to allow the body to warm up itself overtime. You will receive a hot cup of tea/bone broth after your Ice Bath to help warm you from the inside

3pm - 7pm Monday & Friday
