My story

From 2009 - 2018, I owned 5 award-winning Pilates & Barre studios across Adelaide, with all studios open 7 days per week with waitlists on the majority of classes. Over 700 clients per week attended my studios, and requests for me to open more studios across Australia were made weekly.

In 2020, I fell in love with the Wim Hoff Method, as I experimented with cold showers, cold water immersions, ice baths and breath-work. This led me to becoming a fully qualified breath-work and ice bath instructor.

After selling my five studios, I set my focus on one beautiful boutique studio set in the heart of Stirling, the Adelaide Hills., where I can focus on a lifestyle that is more calm and minimalistic.

I have over 20 years experience as a Pilates movement and trigger point massage therapist. I have over 3 years experience in breath-work and cold water & ice bath immersion. I specialise in rehabilitation for severe and acute injuries, pregnancy and post-natal care. My ability to heal and fix injuries and pain means you will receive fast and long term results.

My passion and philosphy

My passion is to connect and understand clients goals and needs, to offer specialised individualised treatment, to ensure my clients get fast and long term results like they’ve never received before.

I believe that Clinical Pilates taught properly is the most intelligent way to exercise. I ensure each and every client performs every exercise with the correct breath, the correct core activation and with the correct muscles working. It is an art. It is like learning another language when done properly.

I am also passionate about supporting my clients with their mental wellbeing. This is where breath-work, mind set and ice he baths come into play. For me, it is about taking health to the next level, pushing boundaries and adding some adventure to my clients’ lives.

I want to help others to cultivate new habits and practices to make their life better, more wild, adventurous, playful and more precious.

I am passionate about life, growth and living the best life as the best version of myself. I want to encourage others to also dream, visualise and seek the life they want for themselves and their family.
